About This Commodity
Before making a purchase from Sam's Club, departments should check the Show Me Shop catalogs for the item(s) you wish to purchase, or consult with a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to determine if another option for purchase exists.
If no other source is available, orders may be placed online and payment made with your OneCard during checkout. To make a purchase online with Sam's Club, you will need to login with the University's Sam's Plus Account. You can obtain this log-in information by contacting the Primary Administrator. You may have your items shipped to your location, or you can pick up at the store (options vary based on selected store location and items purchased).
IMPORTANT: During the check out process, be sure to reference your name. This will allow the Administrator to forward order emails to you for your records. You must select the box "Mark all eligible tax exempt items".
If an in-store purchase is desired, contact the Primary Administrator for a copy of the letter authorizing a purchase to be made in-store. This letter is only good for a one-time purchase. Please allow a minimum of 2 days notice to receive this letter.
