Used vehicles including passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, golf carts, all terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, etc.

Used vans that have a capacity of 12-15 passengers must receive approval from University of Missouri Risk and Insurance.

Titling and licensing for all vehicles is processed centrally by UM Procurement.

If the cost is less than $10,000 a PeopleSoft Non-Catalog requisition must be entered and a purchase order processed by UM Procurement.
Used vehicles valued over $10,000 which can not be competitively bid will require a Sole Source Justification.
Used vehicles valued over $10,000 that can be sourced from multiple suppliers will require competitive bidding with detailed specifications prepared by UM Procurement. Submit a PeopleSoft non-catalog Requisition and attach specifications, or contact the Strategic Sourcing Specialist listed for assistance.
